The hotel itself is beautifully designed, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Our room was huge, with a very comfortable king-size bed and a large, convenient bathroom.

Hongkhao Villa offers a Lanna-style boutique resort located in Chiang Mai, close to the Mae Ping River. With it's hotel name translating to 'white swan' the property features different tones of white and genuine teak furnishings throughout. Very nice little hotel just outside the old town. Large, comfortable, clean and stylish rooms. Very good and quiet air conditioning. Sufficient, good and varied breakfast. Clean pool with good water temperature and comfortable outside area next to it. Polite helpful and available (until 24.00) staff. The exteriors of the hotel are beautiful and well maintained, with many large plants. You feel like you are on the edge of the jungle. We had a rental car initially, but when we left it we got around easily and cheaply by taxi or the red buses. With 100-150 baht you go quickly to the old town or the airport. There are several dining options nearby, but while the places are beautiful, neither the service nor the food satisfied us. On the last day it was raining a lot and we preferred to order pizza and eat it in the covered pool area. It was very nice. Overall the hotel was beautiful with a relaxing environment. We will stay there again on our next visit to Chiag Mai.

The accommodation provides luggage storage space, a concierge service and organising tours for guests. Jackie was a wonderful host who made us feel very welcome. It's true what everyone says the included breakfasts are Delicious, great variety & good serving sizes, we had a very early start one morning & Jackie kindly packed us a breakfast to go. It is an older building & doesn't have all the amenities of some other accommodation but I'm more than happy to forgo those in favour of a very well priced accommodation with a kind host that goes above & beyond to make you feel "at home" Real milk for the tea & coffee that is available in reception all day. Our room was spacious & clean it was up 2 flights of stairs but that meant it was nice & quiet. The air conditioner was very effective. Toiletries were provided & I like that they were big bottles - more environmentally friendly. Wifi in all areas & was good no drop outs. We had some laundry done which was very convenient as we left it with Jackie & she returned it to our room all washed & folded the next day. Good location we walked to the Saturday & Sunday markets. Super nice staff and very passionate for good service, proactively recommend good food and places to visit. Beautiful yard with Thai style building, definitely good value of money.

เห็ดเหลือง Hedreung banrakthai homestay and camping is a recently renovated guest house in Ban Rak Thai, where guests can make the most of its garden and bar. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. Guests can make use of the outdoor fireplace or the picnic area, or enjoy views of the lake and river. The room was beautifully decorated, felt clean and simple with modern amenities, and super comfortable beds. But the view over the village while sitting on the balcony was definitely the catch. A great place to stay in Ban Rak Thai which afforded a view of the whole village. Stunning at night when all the village lights came on. Huge breakfast delivered to the room in the morning! Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I will definitely return.

Featuring a garden, the 4-star resort has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. A terrace, an in-house snack bar and shared lounge are available. The Farm House was wonderful. It was an amazing oasis to relax, unwind and be in nature. Highly recommend to stay here if you want to be in nature and relax. Definitely coming back.
