All good, perfect place to stay at for being picked up by Grand Canyon Adventures and a one-day tour at the Grand Canyon. The staff at the front desk desk and the staff picking us up at Flagstaff's airport were very professional and kind.

All important things for the hotel stay were thought ahead and nothing essential was missing. The room was clean and the breakfast was waiting in the creative space in the morning. The coffee was excellent both in the room and in the breakfast area.

We liked everything about this place!!! Kim is very organized, the house is immaculate, the art is sooooooo interesting, and she couldn't do enough for you!!! Sadly, I am dealing with many dietary issues and Kim was more than accommodating and breakfast was the best! We will come back to see the other colour of rooms LOL and will recommend this location to everyone!! Don't waste your money on cold, sterile brand hotels and come here for a total treat!!!!
