Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, The Poppy Georgetown Guesthouse and Gardens is set in Washington, 700 metres from The Capitol. The location was wonderful, on a beautiful, charming street. The Poppy is very warm and cozy, and having snacks and beverages available to guests, in addition to the breakfast each morning was really nice. Staff were friendly. We were there in very cold weather, but the outdoor area looks like it would be great in warmer westher.

Was very surprised that the booking is actually the whole house not including the basement unit. The place is really cozy and stuffed with everything one would need to stay away from home whether it is a short or long stay. The neighbourhood is really quiet and plenty of parking available on the street.

Great living space to socialise in. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely little touches of snacks & toiletries to use. Great choice of coffee & tea.

The house was very spacious, more than enough for our needs (4 persons). Separate rooms for everybody, large living room / kitchen, bathrooms, everything one can ask for. Very stylish interior, and, most importantly, safe neighborhood and excellent location, close to the subway, restaurants, shops nearby. We loved it a lot!
