Modern, elegant and very pleasant apartment. A beautiful view from the 15th floor of the apartment practically the entire Miami Beach skyline and the downtown in the distance. Very close to the beach, in the area of many different shops and restaurants. Restaurants are not in my standard and quite old, but everyone has their own taste. The building is completely new, very well designed, elegant, clean. Staff very helpful. The room is very well equipped. The kitchen is equipped with practically everything you could want, including a toaster, stove, blender, etc. The room is also very spacious, it also had extra towels and bed linen provided. The bathroom is fully equipped. Overall, I highly recommend it!

This is a super nice, clean and well organised flat block. They have everything in room for a solo traveller to a family enjoy the stay, cooking in house or bring food in to eat. Location also great with 5 mins walk to sea and 5 mins biking to center of town where there are a lots of eateries and bar providing super food at very reasonable price. There is also a big 7-11 there to grab the things we need.

It was really cozy, peaceful and fully equipped for our stay. The location was good in a beautiful neighborhood, which was great to take little walks. José is a Superguest, he helped us figure out the best places to go around and showed us what he believed we would like the best. He also was really aware of anything we could need.
