The night receptionist didn't speak English at all, but he was so eager and motivated to help that we figured things out in the end. I really liked our room as well - we had a simple double room but it was quite big and I liked the corner location. There was so much nice light coming into the room!

Vi helped me plan my (skeptically long) stay so that I can enjoy Chau Doc's charm and the parents were always generous, gentle and kind. The place itself is central, very close to the riverside and ferry boat stop, and Vi helped me arrange the free shuttle to the coach station. The room was clean, with fan and AC and had a lot of toiletries, a clean large bathroom and two small desks. Internet worked fine. It's a place designed to make the guests feel at home, with good attention to detail. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

The host was super helpful in every aspect (communication with Google Translate): he booked for me a taxi ride to Tra Su, gave me a ride to get a good Banh Mi, and helped me to book a Futa bus to Ho Chi Minh. Very recommended.
