The finca is located just a short walk from the Main Street in Salento. It is very quiet and the view is breathtaking. The owners are very kind and attentive and their daughter is very helpful when you need information on what to do in English. The place is super clean and offers a time out for everybody. Children are very welcome. They offer breakfast and also snacks and drinks for the evening for a small extra fee (same price as in the local shops).

Rancho Ventura, a property with a shared lounge, is situated in Filandia, 39 km from Ukumari Zoo, 19 km from National Coffee Park, as well as 23 km from Panaca.

Beautiful cabin and in the midst of a garden. The effort to get there from Filandia involved two jeep rides, but we are glad we got off the beaten track. Once at the hotel transportation to town was easy. In addition there were frequent buses to a trailhead which accessed a number of waterfalls. Plus the hosts were very hospitable and shared valuable information. We will return.
