The settings are beautiful. If you need to switch off this is the place to go. Francesca and her mum are very welcoming. Breakfast all homemade cakes by Francesca. The room very nice and clean. It has a lot of character. If you don't fancy leaving to go exploring you can either relax on the grounds or use the swimming pool. There is about 1.5km of rough road which is an adventure but it's all part of the fun! Any tourist, history or food questions you may have Francesca will answer. In your room you will find a booklet of towns, restaurants, and places to visit with a very detailed description.

Impeccably clean and modern, history blended with tasteful decoration, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the cozy bedroom to the well-appointed kitchen. But what truly made our stay memorable was the warm and welcoming hospitality of the hosts. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had a memorable stay, offering recommendations for local restaurants, natural and historic sites to explore. Their passion for their region and their commitment to ensuring their guests have an unforgettable experience was truly exceptional. One of the highlights of our stay was the exquisite breakfast they served each morning. The homemade pastries, fresh coffee and orange juice, and locally sourced fruits were a delightful way to start each day, and they added an extra layer of indulgence to our already wonderful experience. It was a true taste of Italy's culinary excellence that we’ll always remember. We can't recommend this place enough. Umbria is the pearl of Italy. Le Macchie offers excellent conditions for both on-site recreation and exploring the region's historical and cultural sites. The conditions are exactly as described. I would especially like to note the cleanliness and order in the rooms, the pool and the recreation area.The quality of water in the pools is monitored daily.The hosts are very hospitable and friendly. Every day Roberto treats guests with seasonal products (fruits, vegetables) from own farm. Do not miss opportunity to try he's yellow water melon! We sincerely thank Adalina and Roberto for the comfort, coziness and home warmth. We dream of visiting Le Macchie again.
