Very warm welcome . Big and tidy room with large windows overlooking a wonderful views. Very good dinner. The center of Bologna can be easily reached by bus. Our host Selena was very pleasent and helpful. We shall come back!

We spent two peaceful autumn days here and really enjoyed our stay. The area around Bologna is calm and full of charm - golden leaves, fresh air, and absolute silence. The B&B is located in a small, quiet town - perfect if you’re visiting Bologna by car (only 20–30 minutes away). The building feels new and well cared for. Everything in the room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The high wooden ceilings give it a special cozy character that makes the place feel both elegant and warm at the same time. Breakfast was nice and varied enough, and since we were the only guests during our stay, it felt very private and relaxing. The only small thing we missed was having mosquito nets on the windows - the air is so fresh that you just want to open them wide! Overall, it’s a lovely, peaceful place to rest and recharge. We wish the hosts continued success and hope to come back one day.

There was no problem with anything. By default, it does not cook during the day or in the evening. It's a shame. Nevertheless, they made me a salad for lunch one day and pasta in the evening.

The hosts were absolutely lovely and had great recommendations. The place was exceptionally clean and well equipped and furnished. Breakfast was lovely and most of the things are homemade, including the amazing cake! Arriving and parking is simple.
