It was peaceful and beautifully maintained/renovated. It had everything you could possibly need or want. The pool and outside area was amazing, the staff went over and above to make sure we were happy (nothing was too much trouble) and all the staff were friendly, helpful and eager to please. The food was delicious, the included breakfast was ideal and the whole place was spotless - what more could you ask for?! We didn’t use the spa but I’m sure that would have been great too. Just a perfect peaceful base to visit Menaggio, Belaggio and Como from. We loved the 11am check out and we were so grateful to the owner who let us in well after the last check in time as we were delayed. The animals at the house were very friendly and no bother at all - super cute dogs especially. We would recommend this to anyone!

The accomodation was overall amazing. I would say that the best thing about it was the location – it was very peaceful and had awesome views at the mountains. Signora (room manager) was super nice and helpful. We were very satisfied with the breakfast that was served outside with the view at the coutnryside. A lot of common spaces to relax at and pretty terrace and balcony. I would totally recommend this accomodation for a longer stay!

The property is located in gorgeous environment with a stunning view on the Lake Como. The room was clean. fresh and comfortable. We enjoyed our fantastic breakfast on the terrace with Lake Como in the background. The breakfast was absolutely great with home baked cakes and bread. Special thanks to Luigi for the freshly prepared scrambled eggs! The cappuccino was extremely tasty, too.

Stumbled upon this lovely retreat whilst riding our motorcycle over the Swiss Alps. The hosts met us outside and were very attentive. They offered to cook dinner and gathered most of the produce from their garden. The rooms were accessed by an outer staircase which was tricky when it rained. Had a super meal with the family and the host prepared breakfast for us on the terrace. The views of the snowy topped mountains overlooking the farmland was stunning. We were also treated to a family of deer galloping around the surrounding fields. A wonderful find.

This was an amazing place to stay, despite being near to a road, well, about one or two hundred metres away, you couldn't hear it at night. The B&B is right in the middle of a field surrounded by fabulous views, greenery and places outside to sit. The room had a kettle for making a drink, and tea etc too. The room was lovely and comfortable and had a balcony as well, which was an added bonus. There were places to eat within walking distance, La Lacanada did a gorgeous meal although they were a little standoffish with us when we first walked in, they got better, and the meal was worth it. We had a good sleep, and then had an absolutely amazing breakfast, the staff were lovely, and their choice of music for the breakfast room definitely matched my tastes.
