We stayed here for one night as we were passing through on a cycle touring trip and always try and stay in agriturusmos. We were met by Jacopo who was very welcoming and friendly. Being a cyclist himself, we chatted a lot about bikes! The property is finished to the highest standard and is immaculately clean. Room was large with a very comfortable bed and private terrace. The views of the Tuscan hills are stunning. We had dinner there too which was incredible food. The breakfast was also excellent with homemade jams etc. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

A wonderful place with polite people and lots of animals. We didn't spend enough time there, but we liked it very much. The room is not large, but has everything you need (comfortable bed, large bathroom, air conditioning). The facility itself is very large. Pool, fields, loungers, benches, everything you want. Breakfasts are very good, both salty and sweet. It's really worth eating dinner! They are cooked every day from start to finish by the hosts' mother. One of the best Italian cuisine I have ever eaten. Dinner is served by the owner in a wonderful and professional way. It consists of three courses, a dessert and everything is served with appropriate wine. And all this by candlelight in a wonderful garden in the company of smiling people. The house is located in a quiet area but close to the expressway, so it is very easy to get everywhere you want to visit. We also definitely recommend purchasing olive oil and wines of their own production!

We had a great time. Michaela warmly welcomed us and made sure that we have everything we need. The space is perfectly organized so you’ll have a dreamy vacation, with an amazing views surrounding the property. Great farm stay. Friendly staff. Prepare a nice cosy room. Great for sleeping. Good food - dinner $25 per per person. Unlimited wine, 4 courses, amazing. Great Breakfast included in the room rate. Lots of cakes. Live all the farm animals too, very cute dog, horse, rabbits, sheep, cow and chickens… Finally, the place closes to winery and hot spring.

    Set in a picturesque landscape this working farm has a variety of interesting things to see ( including peacocks!) The likeable family members are friendly and generous and there is relaxing atmosphere. The rustic-style rooms are large and airy with a high standard of cleanliness. The beautiful gardens are very well kept and there is a charming swimming pool. Not far from the coast and many other fascinating places. For day trips, Rome is only a couple of hours away. The food is excellent.

    Even though the location is in the middle of nowhere, it's only around 2 km to arrive to a small village. It's also 45 mins away from terme del mulino. The agriturismo is very nice and the room is very comfortable.
