We loved learning about the history of this incredible home! The location can't be beat as it sits overlooking the historical town of Orvieto, only a short drive away. There is another beautiful, historical town that sits on a hilltop only accessible by foot bridge called Civita, another must-see. There is so much to see and do in the area, including cave tours. If you'd rather a quiet, peaceful place to enjoy the surroundings, this is the place for you! There is a beautiful pool and hot tub, a patio area as well as an outdoor sitting area for those warmer days. There is a lovely area inside to curl up and wat h TV or read if you wish, and the bedroom is gorgeous, filled with amazing history with original 18th-century charm still in place.

My friend and I stayed one night at Casa Vespina and honestly didn’t want to leave. Tucked away in nature near Civita di Bagnoregio, this place feels like something out of a dream—especially under the moonlight. The room was beautifully designed, with so much attention to detail. It had that perfect balance of cozy and stylish that makes you instantly feel at home. We were greeted by a super friendly dog who instantly won us over, and the owner was incredibly kind and welcoming— And breakfast? Let’s just say the homemade chocolate cake alone is worth the trip. If you’re looking for a peaceful, nature-immersed escape with warm hospitality and beautiful vibes, Casa Vespina is it. One night wasn't enough!

Absolutely wonderful farmstay in the tranquil groves outside Orvieto. The house is gorgeous, a real dream home, but what makes this place special is how fantastic Angela is. We can’t thank her enough for all her advice, travel tips cups of tea and amazing cakes at breakfast. The room itself was large and cozy and the bed was beyond comfortable. Highly recommend this beautiful place.

Breakfast was top notch & value for money with a capuccino to remember. Location was idyllic with an all weather long indoor pool. Staff - the 3 of them Paola, Valentina & the cappuccino/barista were extremely kind & informative providing us with all the information we needed. Excellent hosts indeed. We strongly recommend Casa Beatrice degli Ulivi for those seeking an "away from it all" break.

The castle/village is in a stunning location overlooking the hills, towns and lake. Only 20-30 min away from Orvieto and Todi but far enough to feel secluded. The evening taster dinner was amazing, €34 for 5 courses.
