Daniela is a marvelous host! She is very kind, discreet, and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, and our room was like it popped out from a fairytale. The establishment is pretty close to San Gimignano and to many other places worth visiting!

We stayed in the Ignite Apartment on the first floor (stairs only). It was a spacious one-bedroom apartment with views of the countryside and San Gimignano. It is a very old building with thick walls, keeping it cool although there is an airconditioning unit in the hallway between the living area and bedroom. The kitchen area was small with a fridge, small dishwasher and kettle. Instruction cards for the dishwasher and microwave were helpful. The elements for cooking were slow to heat up but did the job eventually. There was a table and chairs and a sofa. The bed was a kingsize and comfortable. Outside there were sunloungers and tables and chairs under the trees or in the sun. The pool was lovely. We did some washing using the machine in the reception building. It was E5 a load and there were plenty of drying racks at the side of the building to hang it on. We also did a wine tasting and bought some wine from the vineyard. You could walk up to San Gimignano if you don't mind a bit of a walk. We enjoyed our few days there as it was very relaxing.

When you arrive you enter through a massive gate with a truly amazing view- this makes you realise that you made a right choice to stay here. The host welcomed us with a bottle of Chianti Classico from their vineyard. Apartment is very clean and Tuscan - exactly what we wanted. You can look through the window and stare at a perfect view of the Tuscan valley and hills. You can do it while taking shower too, and trust me you will. Pool is massive and view from the sun beds spectacular. Even though there are two other apartments next to you, the pool was almost always for private use as people are travelling. There is a gorgeous small town (one of the most beautiful I have seen in Tuscany) with a few restaurants 200m from the apartment. Two of them are totally amazing (we visited one of them at least 3 times during our 6 nights stay) Truly lovely stay for us :) Dog's friendly.

Beautiful farmhouse with such elegant touches. Chandeliers, candles, wine. Loved La Pieve, the olive groves, birds and the sweet cats on the property. The lap pool is so much bigger in person. The bed and pillows are very comfortable 😌 Daniela the host is such a beautiful person, whom goes out of her way for her guests, because of her kind heart. So peaceful here, felt very rejuvenated. Thankyou, my favourite stay in Italy 💛

Very nice location in the middle of a winetard and olivetrees plantation, with view on San Gimigniano. We were offered a wine tasting and a dinner. We went for the dinner and we enjoyed everything. Breakfast was served on the terrace outside in a pleasant and calm atmosphere. Very nice and large room in a building next to the main one. A pool was available but unfortunately we had no tine to try it out.

The property is heaven on earth. From the moment you enter the yard until the room you will see a real toscan view and you will feel like you are in a toscan movie. The food from breakfast is very good, and we also eat a couple of times the dinner here. The staff is very friendly and helpful and told us lot of stories about the place. The pool is also very nice and so welcomed in hot summer days. This location is very well placed because you are very close to all cities that you should visit in Toscana like Siena, Pienza, Volterra, Florence, Pisa. I definitely recommend this place and I hope we will come back some day! ☺️

    The pool and the grounds were exceptional. Traditional Tuscan charm. A/C was good. WiFi was reasonable. Breakfast was good. Rooms were Tuscan authentic rustic. The ‘rocky’ road wasn’t an issue….just a bit gravelly.
