The owner Francesca is a warm and loving host. She made delicious dinners for us on request. It is a new property with vineyards and olive trees around and conveniently located from major attractions, 10 mintes to San Gimignano, about an hour from Siena, and Pienza The rooms are neat and clean with a good view . Really felt at home.

The minute you arrive you are greeted with smiles and happy faces The building itself is beautiful and the surrounding vineyards and nature is beautiful. A transfer to and from San Gimignano was available, but we only used it once, since the walk up there was nice, tho it was uphill (which we were informed about by the staff)

The first booking was for 3 nights, after arriving we received a warm welcome from Maria (the owner) she handed us the key and the remote of the gate. We went inside and we were flabbergasted by the sheer amount of space this apartment provided for the price. Big kitchen, big living room and 2 large rooms with separate bathrooms. The house is decorated with classical furniture and breathes peacefulness and serenity. The garden is large and opposite of the apartment lives Maria with her family. The garden gives a nice view of the winery and hills in the distance. Everything was clean and nice, so nice that we extended our stay with 2 extra nights. Certaldo is a 12 min drive from the apartment and provides everything you need, good restaurants, and a big COOP supermarket. From Certaldo you can go to Siena and Florence by train, parking is free at the station. Do not hesitate to stay here it's a wonderful apartment in a beautiful place.

Very beautiful and spacious house, has everything you need. There is a beautiful place outside where you can have your coffee in peace and quiet. There are supermarket and restaurants a few kilometers away. If we come back to this area, we would stay there again. Thank you Maria Vittoria!

Very nice location in the middle of a winetard and olivetrees plantation, with view on San Gimigniano. We were offered a wine tasting and a dinner. We went for the dinner and we enjoyed everything. Breakfast was served on the terrace outside in a pleasant and calm atmosphere. Very nice and large room in a building next to the main one. A pool was available but unfortunately we had no tine to try it out.

    It was very close to the old town, but still out of the hustle and bustle of tourists. The property is a beautiful, authentic agriturismo and the host farms with olives and wine. It is a dream! Our host was amazing. She was very helpful, kind and thoughtful. She made us a delicious breakfast with food typical from the region. We will always remember our time in Sam Gimignano!

    First, Gabriella is an amazing host. Very friendly and welcoming, makes everything possible The farm house has a lovely rustic style, and you have breakfast with a view of San Gimignano that cannot be topped! Breakfast is plenty and good. We stayed for 3 nights and made San Gimignano our starting point for different tours around the area. Worked perfectly fine for us, we can only recommend it!

    this rural farm house is conveniently located and offers a stunning view of San Gimignano! The staff were extremely friendly and patient especially in giving directions to reach it! we were doubly surprised and pleased to learn that the accommodation had reopened the very evening we arrived, so we toasted with the hosts over a glass of Prosecco!
