Everything from the first to the last second was perfect. Thanks to the nice lady who probably owns the place. Nobody there speaks a word of English, but you can figure it out using translator nowadays, so it’s okay:) her sign language and smile says it all either way:)

We absolutely loved our 3 night stay. Delia was so welcoming and the traditional Italian breakfast overlooking their beautiful farm was just outstanding. Spelt crackers are my favourite. This is a very special place, away from the crowds, 10min walk into the village with great restaurants. This is not a multi storey hotel so if you want someone to open your door and expect to be waited on then don’t come here. It is a beautiful, authentic farm and the hosts welcome you into their home. The thermal park was worth spending a day there and the natural thermal springs is very picturesque especially at sunrise.

Absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how beautiful and immaculately clean the accommodation was. The location was perfect , 19 minutes from La Cascata del Mulino… surrounded by olive trees and lavender with some nice walks close by. The host Matt made our stay so comfortable , with a warm welcome and helpful information and adaptability to our needs throughout our stay. We will definitely return to visit again , but stay longer next time.

Mariella was the loveliest host - she was waiting for us at the property to show us around, give us helpful information about the local area (places to visit/eat/parking for thermal springs). The upstairs apartment was so spacious, the kitchen has everything we needed for cooking - it was a very comfortable stay. The property is a great location for the thermal springs - minutes down the road. We would definitely stay again.

    What a lovely experience for us. Situated on a farm adjacent to the Molino Springs, the location was amazing, just a five minute walk to the springs. There is also a small creek with the warm spring water on the farm which we were able to visit later in the day when the crowds were plenty at the springs. Our room was fitted out beautifully with gorgeous handpainted furniture and very comfortable. Breakfast was also very generous. The staff were extremely helpful and booked a dinner reservation for us in a nearby village. Wonderful stay.
