Exceptional place, very relaxing away from noise and pollution. Situated over the hills with breath taking views. Lovely clean outdoor swimming pool. Owners are so warm, attentive and friendly. They produce their own goat cheese which is served for breakfast. Delicious breakfast. Parking on site. You can buy delicious local produce at Val del'Apsa which is on the way up to the property. It's just a 20min drive to Urbino. Spotless very clean room.

It is extremely quiet as the village is tiny. We felt really good and were happy with our room and with the food we had for breakfast and dinner. We appreciated a lot the fact that they cooked vegan too. Definitely recommended.

It was a lovely, place with full kitchen facilities and pond with ducks abd frogs, surrounded by enveloping hills. We had such a warm welcome and it was so good value for money. Bed was wide and really comfortable abd bathroom big. Outside terrace was really nice in the morning. I would have liked to stay longer. I felt like being in happy home. Thank you so much of the warm athmosphere!

The house is furnished with the best quality of material and maintained in an excellent state, not to mention the cleanness. It is also decorated with beautiful furnitures and arts. Hosts are super nice and friendly, plus they are great cooks who made excellent breakfasts + dinners with local ingredients of the best quality. The town is one of the many typical tiny Marche mountain municipals where you can get the best local experience.

The staff was very friendly and responsive. The property is clean and everything is new - some extra food (pasta, piadina, salami...) was provided for free. The location is amidst the hills - very beautiful place, although you must have a car to reach it.
