There are so many things to do and places to rest and animals, it was really above our expectations. We would love to come back here and show this place to our friends. It is great just to rest on the farm or go somewhere around in beautiful nature. Best stay ever!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Weingut Gästezimmer Pongraz and are already looking forward to coming back! The room was spotless, comfortable, and located right in the heart of the vineyards — a peaceful and picturesque setting. Our host was extremely kind and welcoming, spoke English very well, and greeted us with a welcome drink – an exceptional house wine, which we loved so much that we bought some to take home. The breakfast was fresh and tasty, served in a lovely, charming house that made the experience even more special. The quiet surroundings and relaxing atmosphere offer a true escape from the busy world. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind in nature and enjoy genuine Austrian hospitality!

We got a rich and most pleasurable taste of Austian work ethic, culture and joy of life. Traditionally and very tastefully furnished and decorated, really cosy interiors and bench terrace to the last little detail; spacious and carefully kept yard and garden; extraordinarily welcoming and generous host; stunning breakfast (included in price!) with exceptional choice (e.g. at least 5 – daily changing! – sorts of bread or bread rolls, 8-10 types of fresh fruits (some home-grown, picked that morning), good variety of cheeses and cold meat, home-made jam, bread and local honey, fruit and vegetable juices, organic yoghurt, cereals etc. on every single breakfast table; plus the host asked what freshly made egg dish you would like ...). At the same time, everything came across so natural and balanced. The area is also spectacular - both the nature and the architecture; going for walks was also a brilliant experience. I’d dare to say that this was the holiday accomodation I enjoyed most, ever. (It's also a wine house. We don't drink wine, so we had no experience with it; but if they make it along the same standards, it must be fantastic.)

My husband and I chose this accommodation because of its proximity to the ski lifts in Schladming, which can be reached by car in 20 min. The road is narrow and goes through villages, very nice view from the top. The accommodation is actually situated in a farm owned by a family. There are many domestic animals on the farm. There was a baby lamb, 2 days old. Although we were not with children, we were also delighted. The ambience is real rural, fantastic for sleeping, peaceful, wonderful air. The room was modern and very nicely decorated, bed is very comfy. Everything was like completely new. You have everything you need, plus there is a kitchen which is right as you exit the room, which had all kitchen appliances. It is used only by guests. It is very convenient and you totally feel like at home. The surrounding is very pretty with kids playground, cats and dogs, gooses and ducks, cows, sheep etc. It must be very pretty in other seasons too. The owners are very nice and they took care of us perfectly. The level of cleanliness cannot be higher. It is not only the room that is perfectly clean but also the kitchen, hallways etc. You can park the car in front of the house. The breakfast was wonderful. Some products are from the farm and the dinning room is very cosy. It is literally like you are in your own house. Such a wonderful experience.
