Everything was great from the hospitality to the peaceful location. The breakfast was generous and excellent quality. Our room and the breakfast room were so cosy and comfortable. I enjoyed listening to the birds and the river and speaking to Robert and Lyn. Really lovely stay! Good pub grub too at the Red Lion!

This property offers access to a balcony and free private parking. The farm stay has an outdoor fireplace and a hot tub. One of the most unique and beautiful locations to spend time. Excellent value for money and Lisa was an absolute pleasure to chat with, she gave us a wonderful tour of the farm on our check out day as well:)

Situated in Dyffryn, in a historic building, 21 km from Portmeirion, Ystumgwern Luxury Barn Conversions is a farm stay with a garden and barbecue facilities. Boasting a 24-hour front desk, this property also provides guests with a children's playground. The farm stay also features free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. The cottage is very clean and complete with everything you need. There is also a washing machine with tumble drier and dishwasher. Plenty of parking space. It was perfect for us, my asd son enjoyed the wide open space nearby (farm steadings). There is a game area with billiards, table tennis, foosball table and etc. The owner too is very helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The property has an outdoor dining area. Clean, comfortable, good kitchen, fresh eggs and desert items provided were appreciated. Ample space for two.
