The property is located nearby main area of candolim but surrounded by big green trees and makes us feel like we are staying in some farm stay away from city

Quiet clean small boutique hotel nestled in the lap of nature, with beautiful plants & Buddha statues, very comfortable cottages, very good breakfast & bakery, specially chocolate cakes & sourdough breads, nice rustic spa, very good staff. Thank you.

A wonderful quaint property at the end of the town. Away from all the hustle bustle nestled in between a mini forest right below the fort. Just so perfect to have a cool quiet time. I was here for a work from home setup and it worked great for me. Just what i wanted. The staff was super friendly and kind. Accommodated to all my needs. Sajjan the manager is such a great guy, spent plenty time chit chatting with him during my free time. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, rustic looking dog friendly place.

The setting is truly lovely – a plantation surrounded by forest, featuring comfortable huts and a communal dining space. The food, freshly prepared, is delightful, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. They arranged for a great local guide (best guide ever!!!) who led us on an entertaining trek to nearby waterfalls, pointing out various animals. I also suggest taking the spice tour and leisurely walks around the farm to explore the beautiful forest and fruit trees.

The property is a great place for a lazy getaway from work. Loved the architecture and the rustic vibes of the place.

The location right in the heart of Farmagudi is the only advantage. Rooms are clean and livable for minimal stay.

We loved everything about this place. The beach huts were rustic and cozy, with back to nature living. The restuarant / bar was somewhere we could have sat and relaxed all day. The food was amazing, and all the staff were worth their weight in gold. Such beautiful people. We look forward to our next stay at this beautiful property.
