I had planned 3 night stay at Kurinji Amaze Farmstay and Resort from 25-28 Dec after reading the reviews both on Booking.com and Google, but the real experience was a bitter one. Not worth it for the views from the room I had booked a Executive Triple Room through Booking.com and also had received confirmation mail. One fine day my reserved room was allotted to someone else and i had to upgrade my booking to a Superior Suite to avoid last minute cancellation. The above modification were not done through Booking.com. During this, i was in direct touch with Mr. Prashant, manager at the property. When asked to Mr. Prashant on the cancellation thing, he blamed Booking.com for this. As planned, i arrived at the property on 25th Dec evening. I have communicated with Mr. Prashant a number of times before 25th, but he did not even once uttered the real location of the property, that is located inside a valley and the approach path is difficult. As soon i arrived, the first thing was to pay the balance amount, when told that ideally it should be paid at the time of checking out along with other expenses if any, Mr. Prashant told, it is the company's policy. Complimentary Breakfast will be served at 9 Am in morning with south indian items such as Idli, Pongal Wada, Bread Jam and Mint Tea. When asked about milk tea and coffee, Mr. Prashant replied that will be charged additional. Hot water inn bathroom will be available from 8.30 Am. When asked on arranging the dinner, Mr. Prashant said that the vegetarian chef is unavailable and the non-vegetarian chef cook delicious biryani, that will contain 3-4 pieces. So finally we were served dinner at 8 Pm in their smelly and stuffy dining area. The biryani had not been cooked inhouse but arranged from somewhere outside and had only 1 piece.
