Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fabulous. Especially liked the croissants filled with cream and fruit. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Close to helicopter flights to Trimiti islands.

This is a super nice place to stay. Our room was clean and comfortable. Their staff were very nice and friendly. We arrived by bicycle, they have a secure place to park our bikes. Be sure to eat dinner in their restaurant. The food was so good. It was the best, authentic meal we had in Italy. They serve a nice continental breakfast.

Fabio our host was super welcoming! We were able to visit the winery and do a wine tasting upon our arrival even if it was late. The room was impeccable and comfortable. The property is stunning, there is a pool and lounge area. It’s very quiet, peaceful and charming. There is lots of choice for breakfast. The beach is only a few minutes away by car. The town of Vieste is a 15 minute drive. There are many restaurants to chose from. It’s family oriented and you feel very comfortable and welcomed when you arrive.

Initially we were given a room in the old building, which while large and the ability to sleep 6, did not have windows and only a door opening onto an enclosed hot terrace......also the airconditioning wasn't effective. Maybe because we were only staying one night? To give them their due, the management found us a replacement room without any fuss in the new building...... a self-contained apartment at no extra cost. This was more than we expected. We had a very pleasant meal that evening in the restaurant and next morning an excellent breakfast.

The accommodation is relatively new, located in a quiet area, and about a 15-minute walk to the beach. The property is enclosed with privacy screens, so no one can look inside from the outside. The air conditioning works well and quietly.
