The evening meal, cooked by Cassandra, the daughter was fantastic and offered 4 courses every night if you wanted at a very reasonable price. Being able to return from a day's outing and lie by the pool was exactly what we needed. The location allowed us to explore the whole region. Umbria offered so much wonderful experiences.
