Snowberry cottage was a wonderful location with a fabulous uninterrupted view of the lake. Situated close to yet very private from the main residence. Tiny but very well appointed with comfortable, well laid out facilities. Very welcoming, responsive and helpful host who really made our stay enjoyable. Would highly recommend this great little cottage to others.

Well equipped for cooking a meal while watching the sheep. Owners are so kind and thoughtful. Top notch and so different. The scenery is beautiful!

Aspects that really stand out include the views- the mountains behind the house, the sun rising over the ocean in front of the house, and the house itself, which is large, with an upstairs loft bedroom and very comfortable living room downstairs. Indigo has furnished and decorated it beautifully. We really enjoyed her friendly hospitality. Kaikoura is nearby with fine walks and restaurants.

Lois and Brendon went out of their way to make sure that we had everything we needed. They went above and beyond when we were out one day and it rained.They had our washing on the bed when we got home, especially appreciated as we flew out the next day. We will definitely return.

The home was beautiful and had a brilliant blend of old and new, it captured our weekend perfect as we used this location to stay before a wedding and took photos in the beautiful garden.
