Located in Peroguarda in the interior region of Alentejo, Sesmarias Turismo Rural & SPA offers an outdoor pool. WiFi is available in the lounge customer area. The place is as majestic as it looks in pictures. We reserved the room with a private pool. From the decoration to the comfort, it exceeded expectations. You want to relax and go for a walk, a ride in a bike, see the animals on the farm, swim in the pool, enjoy the indoor spa (heated pool, sauna, sunroom, showers), or just pet the friendly dog... this is the place. If I could give it a 20/20 for cleanness, I would. This place is spotless clean!!!☆☆☆☆☆. The homemade food is amazing. You get the whole package. Loved it and great for families!!! Secluded and amazing.

Lovely walks and true silence and if you’re into stargazing it really excels … make sure you check the moon phases if you’re into deep sky observing as half a moon will wipe most deep sky objects out. We waited for the moon to set at 01:30 which was well worth it. The photos don’t do it justice it’s a very picturesque and atmospheric establishment. Plus it has about a million Soprano Pipistrelles living in the roof of the main building that come out for dinner as you are having yours on the terrace. Absolutely amazing experience. Great food and great staff. Highly recommended for something different.

Herdade dos Grous is a secluded country estate spread across over 1700 acres. Stayed there for two nights of our European trip, to relax between visits to busy cities. Beautiful property and luxurious room. Welcome fruit, wine and pastries were a good surprise.

Located around Vila Alva, Cuba, Monte do Mato dos Homens is a rustic property on an Alentejo hill. The property offers accommodation in suites and includes an outdoor swimming pool and a garden area. Wonderful location. Owners very friendly despite area being caught up in wild fires in August!

Located within a 10-minute drive from Beja Airport, the Monte da Diabroria – Agroturismo is a tranquil property in the Alentejo. Very interesting place, it is a working farm. The people were very nice and helpful. Loved seeing the history of it. The bathroom was huge, loved the towel warmer.

I barely know where to begin! Our stay at Quinta do Paral was incredible. My wife and I came for my birthday weekend wanting relaxation and wine, and this place exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, welcomed by the friendliest security guard and whisked away in a golf cart for check-in with their amazing rosé, everything was perfect. The hotel is gorgeous with no expense spared. Every detail from interior to linen to lighting is impeccable. Two fantastic restaurants, a beautiful pool, and a rooftop terrace overlooking the vineyards complete the experience. But the best part is the Quinta do Paral team! They're genuinely friendly, warm and welcoming. On my birthday, every staff member congratulated me (even ones I hadn't met!), and they surprised us with delicious chocolate cake and sparkling wine in our room. I don't think my words can reflect how much we enjoyed our stay, and my only regret is not staying longer. We'll definitely be back!
