The room was spacious and comfortable. Spotlessly clean and very naturally lit. The location was unbeatable because it's 10-20 min drive to both lake bled and lake Bohinj and because it’s nestled in the mountains on both sides. It cannot be more idyllic sitting on the terrace every day and bathing in the sun. On top of all of that, Jure was a super friendly and helpful host. He recommended us so many places and restaurants to go to and all of them were great! I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Slovenia.

Featuring a garden and views of garden, Turistična kmetija Grabnar is a farm stay situated in a historic building in Bled, 1.8 km from Grajska beach. The property features city and inner courtyard views, and is 1.6 km from Bled Castle. Free private parking is available and the farm stay also offers bike hire for guests who want to explore the surrounding area. This was quite honestly the loveliest place we have ever stayed in, anywhere. The room was huge and beautifully furnished - it looked brand new - the bed was so comfortable and the shower worked a dream. The balcony with a view of the castle and the mountains were perfect for the warm evenings. Mattias, Boiana and their little girl were such great hosts, taking us and our toddler to see their goats, sharing toys and painting sets with our little boy, and offering us lifts to the station and from the town centre when it rained. We couldn't have imagined a better place to stay, we felt so welcome, and we really hope to come back some day. Thank you!

At the farm stay, units have bed linen and towels. Staying at Farm was a wonderful experience — it’s truly close to nature and perfect for a peaceful getaway. The views were absolutely stunning, especially during sunrise and sunset. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home.

The farm’s location is perfect, very close to Bled lake, having wonderful views of the mountains. The hosts were very nice, the breakfast was very good, but the stars of the show were definitely the dog (Roxy) and the baby cows.

Location is interesting, with mountains surrounding the village. Breakfast was tasty, and especially good knowing it is local food.

This is a gem for anyone planinng on staying in Kobarid. The family run farm stay is magical. From the hosts, to the animals, to the food, the atmosphere and the location. Our room was perfect, simple, comfortable and with good facilities. The meals were cosy, local seasonal and home made. We really can't wait to go back next year.

Our stay with Iza and her husband Luiso (I am sure I am misspelling this) was wonderful. I would highly recommend it. They treated us like family. My daughter went out with Luiso and fed the sheep and goats in the morning and evening. He was very kind to her. Both hosts were very hospitable and knowledgable. They shared information about their farm and how they try to live their life sustainably. The animals were treated very well and it was obvious they cared for and respected them. The location is a quick 10-minute drive to Bled which is an absolutely stunning lake town - a must-see in Europe. If you are looking for an authentic farm experience in a quaint village - this is for you!! (they were also very kind to our 2 dogs)
