The location of the cottage at the top of the farm, surrounded by the natural vegetation, accentuated by the simple and beautiful furnishings is truly, truly, truly astonishing. The host couldn't be more helpful and accommodating. We are really grateful and would return in a nanosecond if possible...

Leopards Leap Family Vineyards is a 2-minute walk from Heuwelsig Farm Cottages, while the Leeu Estate is 5.2 km from the property. The nearest airport is Cape Town International, 70 km from the accommodation. The loft was so beautiful and elegantly designed and decorated! It was very comfortable and had everything one could need. It was peaceful and close to the main part of Franschhoek town. We will definitely be there again!

A fridge, a stovetop and kitchenware are also featured, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. At the farm stay, the units come with bed linen and towels. So many personal touches that made the cottage feel homey and warm. The hot tub was AMAZING! The peace and tranquility were just what we needed.

The scenery was absolute perfection!! The pleasant scents from the diffusers, hand soaps and body wash (I actually took snaps of the bottles because I have to have!). The hosts together with Amanda the caretaker were also so accommodating allowing us to check in early and check out later. An absolute gem!!! We will definitely be coming back!
