Breakfast served in room although in warmer weather one would sit just outside the door at table and chairs in secluded pleasant garden setting. B'fast was fruit juice, amazing muesli and sausage and eggs and a few bits and pieces. The worker (very pleasant lady) who brought the b'fast enquired if she should set the outside table but I said I would sit inside as weather cool. There was a table to eat at in the studio. Accom was good quality, clean and well designed for max space. No propblems there. Easy to find 1 km off N2 about 3 km south of Kroonstadt. I suggest phone when you turn off the highway to ensure you stay on correct unsealed but well maintained road. Variety of and plenty accomodation so probably would get in at last minute. Host Veronika pleasant and switched on. Plenty of thick bush and riverine habitat. Saw large herd of springbok and about 5 Sable antelope. Security appeared to be good.

Eittel Guest Farm Cottage có sân hiên và nằm ở Winburg, Free State. We received a friendly welcome and rested well here. It's a great spot for what we needed, a good place to stop on the road back to Johannesburg.

It’s a very rustic but comfortable place. We lacked nothing. Every comfort has been thought of. We enjoyed the outdoor shower and the exceptional sheets and pillows on our bed. If you are a person who enjoys being interconnected with nature (the good, the bad and the ugly) then this is a little place will suite you well. It has great comforts and is exceptionally clean! The view is breathtaking and so is the sunrise over the mountain. We enjoyed our one night stay there! Thank you Karien for your hospitality and attention to detail!

Staff checked on our travel progress on the day. They proactively relocated moved us to a more accessible accommodation and Mohau was on hand at 9pm to check us in. A serene environment against majestic mountains which made us forget about the night drive in gravel road in the rain. A wonderful spread for breakfast, meeting other friendly travelers, and a moment with Johan - all very heart-warming. I could a spend a few days here.

Such a lovely place you have here. The landscaping is very beautiful. The furnishings are well-thought of and ingeniously re-used and repurposed, aesthetically placed at the same time effective for its practical use. We would surely come back given an opportunity to have overnights in Bloemfontein again, Oudam is on our top list of accommodation option. We will see you again very soon.

The breakfast was excellent and freshly cooked to perfection. I was given a candle light diner, which was superb. The owners are friendly and polite. If you thinking about a stopover in Bloemfontein or somewhere nearby, think again, rather stop here. It will be worth your while. These people really put their heart in what they do. If I do this route again, I know exactly where I will stay over.
