    Outstanding facilities and tremendous views from the property. 5 minutes walk through inside the property to Dubai Fountains & Dubai Mall/ Burj Khalifa. It really worth the staying in Palace Downtown. I have been to different 5 stars hotels but this was one of the most memorable.

    I had an incredible time at the hotel! The service was outstanding, and the staff, except for a minor communication issue with Mohammed, were lovely and helpful. Overall, it was an awesome experience. They truly deserve more than 5 stars for the outstanding service provided.

    The customer service provided from the receptionist Parvinder and salah who was very helpful and assured that we will have good stay. Breakfast was excellent specially chef Purshu and chef Ajay at restaurant very professional. The pool water was little bit cold but was nice . The service at the beach worth 5 stars . We will repeat this hotel again
