Leo Grand probably has the best staff in the world! Especially the receptionists and their manager Dominic who offered up great help when we forgot our backpacks on the train. He not only helped us find useful information but also file a police report and was there at the police station with us for about 2 hours doing translations! The staff also helped us find lots of fascinating attractions and restaurants, which made our trip a perfect honeymoon despite the earlier incident! We couldn't express enough gratitude to the Leo Grand staff team! Thank you!

The hotel is well equipped with friendly staffs. Very easy and convenient to access to all places in the downtown. The breakfast plate is big and the egg dish is quite fresh. The atmosphere around is so chill for your enjoying the all day there.

Terrific Hotel! At first I thought the location was too far from main streets & attractions, but my gorgeous room & the entire Hotel staff were so cordial & welcoming, I grew to love it! All was easily walkable. The breakfast is phenomenal as is the SPA! Especially the manager, CLAUDIA! I’ll be back!

We were given a "handicapped" room because the desk clerk said it was larger and more convenient than a regular room and we loved it! We had so much space and it was very light and lovely. The staff could not have been more charming and helpful in every way. They made us feel welcome and as wanted guests.

Perfect stay for couples! Located right in the heart of Vienna, the apartment was in a perfect location. The room was modern, spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was large and luxurious. We loved the complimentary tea, coffee and exquisite wine. Each morning, freshly baked croissants and pains au chocolat from highly rated artisanal boulangeries were delivered to our door. Such a special touch! The hotel is great, the room comfortable, bright, nice view, excellent spa and swimming pool with good opening hours which allows to enjoy it before and after work while on a business trip. The only thing that I really missed was a full size mirror in the room - to check your look as a whole before leaving the room.
