Location great. Ski lift and apres ski 1 minute walk. Kustahl on site. Great breakfast and dinner, very friendly staff, excellent room - we had 2 bedroom studio with living room and kitchen. Beautiful dining room. Quiet. Great ski storage area and spa.

Everything. They went above and beyond accommodating us. From arrival, and to departure by giving us a late, check out by accommodating our NFL viewing station and on and on and on. This is really a six star or a seven star service. They hit out of the ballpark I have nothing to complain about.

This was the most amazing hotel experience I’ve ever had. The breakfast was incredible. The spa was so relaxing and nicely appointed. The room was luxurious and had a fantastic view. I believe the professional staff really makes this hotel top level. They were polite and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable trip. We loved absolutely everything about this magical place. The building and every detail about the place is thoughtful, beautiful and authentic. The renovations are impeccable while the history, charm and authenticness still shine through. The pool is spectacular the location, our room and every meal was lovely and memorable. Right on the slopes , very clean, amazing breakfast , friendly staff, everyone was charming and the manager was friendly and made sure that your stay was out of this world. I had a special birthday cake delivered to my room because they find out it was my birthday, Austrian welcome at its best.

Amazing luxury 5 star hotel in a small and quiet village. Great and very friendly staff. Upgraded our rooms. Don’t miss the half board that included a 5-course dinner (amazing dishes and great service). Restaurant Staff were very nice and helped to celebrate our daughter’s birthday (thank a lot). Good for 3-4 day stay (hitching, biking, free tickets from hotel to take the gondola, rafting “desk made the booking for us”, nice swimming pool..).
