The 3rd floor staff are amazing on cleaning our penthouse and provide us with everything we need or we might need. The food is amazing in the hotel. breakfast was excellent variety and the dinner is delicious and the best in Kitzbühel.

great staff, service. SPA center was very, very nice. Clean and spacious , we spent most of our time there. Food was great as well!

Our family ski a lot in Austria in many different centers. Although the hotels are good, the staff are somehow not polite. But this hotel's staff is very friendly and helpful. Esp, our waiter at dinner, Ana! She is the 6th star of this hotel :) I do always appreciate people who care&love their jobs. She is that kind. Thanks Ana for the lovely dinner times!
