I recently stayed at Kempinski Hotel das Tirol with my family and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the service and hospitality were exceptional. One of the highlights of our stay was the surprise birthday setup for my daughter's birthday. We hadn't mentioned her birthday to the staff, so it was an incredible surprise when we arrived at breakfast to find a beautifully decorated table prepared just for her. A special thanks to Griffel at the restaurant , who took the time and effort to prepare the birthday table—your kindness did not go unnoticed. I also want to extend my gratitude to Sara at the reception. She was incredibly helpful. Overall, our trip was thoroughly enjoyable, and the entire staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We look forward to returning next summer with our family. Our family ski a lot in Austria in many different centers. Although the hotels are good, the staff are somehow not polite. But this hotel's staff is very friendly and helpful. Esp, our waiter at dinner, Ana! She is the 6th star of this hotel :) I do always appreciate people who care&love their jobs. She is that kind. Thanks Ana for the lovely dinner times!
