Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Friendly and helpful staff. Amazing breakfast. Included was indoor swimming pool open until late evening. My room was upgraded to a multi-floor suite. Parking on site with valet service. Wi-fi stable and streaming services available on the room TV.

Everything was perfect. I dont consider hotels or any other place where I stay on business trip or holiday more than it is, because it is just place to sleep and have breakfast. It is not in this case. This hotel made our 3 day long vacation a bit more special. Thanks to everyone starting from bell boy in the lobby to host at the roof top bar. Breakfast - a lot of options. Location is perfect regarding distance to everything and yet much quitter than other similar hotels on the street. They took great care of us and out 2 years old child. I cant even name all the endless tiny details you see through the stay that make you feel like - wow. Special thanks to concierge - Oliver, waiter Francesco and rooftop host. ‏We booked this hotel with a bit of hesitation due to the low number of reviews, but we later found out it’s because the hotel is brand new—we were lucky to stay here during its second month of operation! ‏We arrived in Vienna late in the evening (almost 10 PM), and despite the hour, Isaac warmly welcomed us with a big smile and made sure we had everything we needed. ‏When we entered the room, we were amazed by the attention to detail and the thoughtfulness put into every aspect of the guest experience. The room itself felt incredibly luxurious and indulgent, with every detail carefully designed to make our stay special. ‏One of the highlights was waking up in the morning to delicious, freshly baked croissants delivered right to our door. It was such a delightful way to start the day and added an extra touch of pampering to our stay.
