We liked everything. It is one of the best five stars hotels in Vienna. Excellent location next to the church of St. Peter not far from the cathedral and along the Graben itself. The reception is very professional, friendly and helpful. Very nicely designed interior, beautiful rooms, extremely polite and helpful staff, very tasty breakfast, excellent restaurant for lunch and dinner. This is our new home in Vienna

Terrific Hotel! At first I thought the location was too far from main streets & attractions, but my gorgeous room & the entire Hotel staff were so cordial & welcoming, I grew to love it! All was easily walkable. The breakfast is phenomenal as is the SPA! Especially the manager, CLAUDIA! I’ll be back!
