The rooms where excellent, very comfortable and spacious, with all the facilities you'd expect from this class of hotel. The staff at the desks where very helpful and very polite. The cleaners did an excellent job and the little touches such as a chocolate on your turned down bed didn't go un noticed.

    For a 5 stars hotel it was horrible experience, parking was a hassle, they don’t have valet service you have to park in a wilson parking across the road and come back walking, cross the busy road, no pedestrian crossing nor pedestrian lights, overall it was very bad experience

    I liked our room it was very spacious and clean and room service was divine and available 24/7 which was perfect. The room was constantly cleaned and tidied so it truly felt like this is what 5 stars feels like. Any problems we had the staff where excellent and very helpful. I am definitely in love with this hotel.

    The Shangri-La was understatedly luxurious and comfortable. Certainly 5 stars but didn’t make us worry that we might break something or do or say the wrong thing. The staff were courteous and some very fun which is just what we like.
