The hotel is really a 5 stars hotel. The quality of the service, of the rooms and of it's ameties are really very high. The common areas are not very big, but everything is very new and nice. The location is perfect for tourists. As there weren't many reviews yet when we booked, I was a little reluctant (as the price is quite high) But we really enjoyed our stay and I am very glad that I chose it.

Everything was great. Room size, amenities, staff-friendly & attentive. Pool, playground. Surrounding is also convinient. A la carte restaurant is good and I also recommend sisters' hotels' restaurant Sokak.

Hotel Europe is a fantastic hotel. It has everything you possibly need from a hotel, and as prices in Sarajevo is relatively lower compared to cities in other countries, it seems to be very price worthy. The rooms are spatious, the bed is comfortable, and there is both a sofa and chairs. The bathroom is also spacious and has both shower and bath tub. The hotel is located just by old town, and a few minutes a way from the point where Franz Ferdinand was assasinated. In short, the location is fantastic!

For anybody visiting Bosnia for the first time, it is about 15 minutes drive into the city, but ideally located to avoid inner city congestion. The owners are incredibly friendly and helpful. As well as very responsive for any of your needs. I would recommend to hire a car as the property has fantastic parking available. There is also a Full café with a broad menu underneath the building, and two supermarkets very close. There are three cash points within hundred yards, Pharmacy, post office, and two bakeries. Fantastic place to stay, would highly recommend.
