The size of the room and the cleanliness. The hotel was in a quiet area in the center and very close to the old town. They provide parking for our car. Highly recommended.

    The VIZUALIZA Residence Hotel is a real 5-star hotel which will meet the high expectations for everyone who likes to stay in a luxury ambience & this midst in the nice old town of Plovdiv. The hotel has been built to a very high standard & very tastefully decorated, they have paid attention to all small details, despite the standard double rooms are on the small side. We have been a group of 5 people & booked 3 double rooms. We have enjoyed our stay & deinnitely will come back.
