Excellent hotel and spa resort! The staff were very friendly and helpful, they even upgraded our room with no extra charge! The delux double room was huge, crystal clear, amazing design with breathtaking panoramic view! Amazing dinner and extra amazing breakfast, super spa facilities! Great facilities for kids too, and guess what? Pets are also allowed!!!:) We Loved everything about this hotel, and we will defenetely come back together with our doggie next time!

It is the perfect hotel and location for relaxation. The guest relations manager, Katerina Kyurkchieva, was a wonderful lady who greatly impressed me. She has a personal touch to the whole experience, a very classy lady who represents the best of this hotel, the spirit of hospitality, understanding of people and their needs, and providing the best to guests within her ability and authority. We chose SPA Hotel Infinity Park because we wanted a relaxing experience, something different from our usual holidays where we go somewhere and we "run" about visiting various attractions. The fact that Infinity Park is rated 5 stars and it had great reviews made our choice easier. We got everything we wanted and more! The hotel looks great and modern. The room was surprisingly big, with an adequate balcony, beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was very nice and in excellent condition. Seriously, everything one could expect from a 5 stars hotel. The food! oh my God, the food! We had breakfast and dinner in our package and each meal was exceptional! A plethora of options, enough to satisfy even a hardened critic, like my wife :) We also had luch and the a la carte menu was also varied and the food was delicious. One thing that was particularly impressive was that deserts had a home-made taste to them! The spa services are varied also, lots of saunas, jacuzzies, pools, they can be viewed in the pictures. What is important is that they are very well maintained and very, very clean. We each enjoyed a massage service and we were both extremely satisfied! We will definitely return here and I am especially thrilled to experience this place during the winter :)
