Amazing bedroom and staff was very kind and attempt! The location is super convenient in terms of being close to everything, although the Batel district is really not picturesque so it depends what you're looking for. But the hotel was great and I would recommend and go again for sure. The room was just great, spacious and beautiful furniture, amazing shower with super strong pressure and very aesthetic overall. Also mega smart tv!

The hotel itself was beautiful, the rooms were stunning, very well equipped, comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was excellent and all the staff were pleasant and helpful. Location was brilliant as it was a short walk to the main street (Rua XV de Novembro)

Great and beautiful Hotel !!! Staff wonderful ! Rooms are big and very very comfortable. The best hotel I did in Brazil. The food from the restaurant is very good. It's was very relaxing.

Honestly, there was nothing positive to report. The first receptionist was slow and seemed unfamiliar with reservations made through Booking.com, which delayed our access to the room significantly. The other receptionists we met were nice.
