David has amazing communication. There was no issue finding the place. He was very descriptive on where to go his instructions were great. Felt right at home when I arrived. I was hoping to get the place for a few more days but was already booked. Recommend definitely looking at staying there on a trip. Close to downtown and there is a tim Hortons just down a block

it was late when I decided to stay but got everything going right away. I did self check in it all went smooth. when asking to extend a night, no issues. there was a small time I wasn't sure yet but it was check out. he was fair to me while also being fair to his housekeeping agreeing to 30 min.
