The concierge had not even stared his shift before he ran over to assist with our bags, the staff at the front desk went above and beyond and as someone travelling with allergies, the assistance from the waitstaff and kitchen to ensure that the meal catered for my needs was beyond a 5 star experience. We had a superb dinner and breakfast at Bruno again with exceptional service. We only wish we had more time to make use of the pool area during our brief stay.
