The staff is super friendly and the atmosphere in the hotel is casual luxury which I personally appreciate a lot. A highlight is definitely the hotel owned "Tschuggen Express" bringing guests directly from the hotel up to the mountain. Hotel provides sledges for guest and has an inhouse ski rental. If you have a request, they make it possible. Superb bath facility and a private train right into the skiing area. Great in-house restaurants, especially the La Brezza which is outstanding.
