Loved all the kitchen facilities and the apartment was at a really nice location with nice views from the outside and it also had supermarkets nearby like coop and Lidl and the person in charge also took the time to explain to us all the facilities and how to use like the dish washer, dryer, washing machine and she even suggested places we can visit during our stay at interlaken:)

This apartment was everything we needed for a 4 night stay in Interlaken. The hosts were super informative and nothing was too much bother. Bus stop was on the door step but nowhere in town was too far to walk.

We stayed here after my wife broke her leg and could not access our chalet. My wife was on crutches and the staff could not have been more solicitous in helping to make our stay as comfortable as possible. More generally the staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful, excellent food, superb service, front desk were helpful with arranging further emergency accommodation to cope with my wife's accident.
