Gorgeous communal areas - beautifully decorated for Christmas - great facilities for children/teens Amazingly helpful staff - Fabian the receptionist who helped us with bags as we were short of time and the concierge were busy, and the concierge staff who run the navette shuttle service out to other restaurants in the village Booked a double room and got upgraded to a fabulous suite. The apartment was spotless, a studio with 2 double beds (one pull down the other a sofa bed).Well equipped kitchen with coffee machine, great for a short stay, and the location was a minute from the lake. Susanna the host was super helpful and friendly and made check in/out super easy.Communication at every stage of booking was excellent. We will definitely be back here again

We rented Martin's Chalet for a company event and were completely thrilled. Each of our team of six had their own room with en-suite bathroom. We used the large dining table as a meeting table and were happy that there was a printer/scanner in one of the rooms for last minute matters. The view is magnificent and the relaxation in the jacuzzi after exhausting discussions was wonderful. We will certainly be back next year!
