The staff was really accommodating and friendly. As soon as you enter the room, there is a lot of wood which makes it very cosy. Also there is music in the room to set the vibes to chill and relax. Also there was a welcoming drink; champagne and in the room a bottle of water with mint which was sweet and delicious. The lunch and breakfast was exceptional and you can understand that the food is homemade. The most amazing view of the Alps.
