Best location in town, the breakfast buffet is beautiful with food and view, serviced by the lovely ladies in their 50s, the room is always clean and there is free bicycle rental so you could enjoy ride around the lake. I felt very comfortable during the two weeks stay. It will be my one and only hotel for my future visit in town.

The apartment was spotless, a studio with 2 double beds (one pull down the other a sofa bed).Well equipped kitchen with coffee machine, great for a short stay, and the location was a minute from the lake. Susanna the host was super helpful and friendly and made check in/out super easy.Communication at every stage of booking was excellent. We will definitely be back here again

    The Bar and the dinning area is frankly run by Mr Bean ( Nilolo ) . His attitude is superior and he shouldn’t be working in a 5 star hotel . He needs to be retrained . There are younger members of staff that are and would do a better job . I don’t think he knows what customer service is .
