This is my go to hotel to stay whenever in Zurich. I always love to stay in that area near the lake because i take long walks in the morning with my service dog. This hotel is my absolute favorite. The staff, the location, the scent (def must buy), the food, everything is amazing. Everytime I stay here, they exceed my expectations. The rooms are very nice, the bed is amazing. The setup for your pet is the most adorable thing I´ve ever seen. They treat you and your pets like royalty. Absolutely worth it. Wouldn't stay someplace else.

Excellent support from Staff Zainab and Silamane very Co-operative and helpful the rooms were very spacious and clean. zainab was very supportive and advised us a lot of local things to do in the city.
