Staff were friendly, attentive and efficient...very welcoming. View from the room was INCREDIBLE! We saw sea otters numerous times as well as a variety of sea birds. Room was a good size and well-maintained. Breakfast each day had an excellent selection and was fresh and regularly replenished. Could not fault hospitality team...wonderful.

Hotel Pullman Viña del Mar San Martín is located right in front of the ocean, only a few steps away from Acapulco Beach.
