Breakfast was amazing, but the waiter, Daniel made it exceptional with his friendliness and the fact that he greeted us all by name! The front door staff were also very helpful and friendly. I also was surprised by my gift of wine in my room received from our housekeeping staff, that made it extra special! Overall, I had a wonderful stay!

Friendly, efficient and helpful staff. Rooms were new , large and comfortable. Breakfast buffet had good choice, freshly prepared egg choices on request. The pool and sky view deck provided a nice place to relax and have a freshly prepared meals. Conviently located for local restuarants and public transport.

1 night @ Pullman hotel and Ofelia restaurant for valentines dinner and a breakfast This was a short stay- after being on the plane and at airports and all the days travels, I just wanted to rest! This hotel was wonderful. Friendly staff, great location, and great rooms. It was Valentine’s Day! The hotel decorated their restaurant and bar “Ofelia” accordingly. Of corse I had no reservations but they were very accommodating and allowed us to join their wonderful evening. The ambiance was romantic, the music was provided by a live singer, The staff were very precise and knowledgeable. It was beautiful. The next day the hotel and bar turn into a lively breakfast that included an omelette bar, yogurt bar, variety of fresh fruits and breads, many finger cakes and a wonderful display of natural honey. Fresh juices and mimosas were also available! My lovely girlfriend and I will be coming back regularly during my stays in Chile. It helped make our vacation start off perfectly.

The European and American breakfast was absolutely outstanding, the room and bed extremely comfortable. The TV had multiple channels in English. The bedroom had a great shower with high pressure. There was an ironing board and iron which was thoughtful and there were bath robes. The staff were so helpful and kind, nothing was a problem. The hotel was impeccably clean, with a lovely restaurant and bar on the ground floor and another breakfast restaurant on the top floor with magnificent views.This was by far the best hotel of the holiday and it exceeded my highest expectations on every level. I would definitely stay here again.
