10/10 - Outstanding Stay at Kaisheng Hotel!​​ Kaisheng Hotel went above and beyond to make our trip to Fenghuang amazing! They kindly offered ​​free pickup from the train station​​, which was super convenient. The staff was ​​incredibly friendly​​—always smiling and eager to help. Their warm hospitality truly made our stay special. Highly recommend this place for a smooth and enjoyable experience! What we loved: Thoughtful service, great location, and genuinely kind staff!

I would highly recommend this hotel. It is just outside the busiest part of Fenghuang ancient town so you don't need to battle the crowds but still 600m from river (the outdoor bath was so relaxing). The staff were truly attentive and helpful, the room spotlessly clean, free laundry service and it has an utterly amazing upper floor with an infinity pool. Great value for money. Small touches like floor lights that lead you to the bathroom at night added an extra touch.
