Staying at the Waldorf Astoria was truly exceptional. From the moment We arrived, we was welcomed with impeccable service, elegant surroundings, and a level of luxury that exceeded all expectations. Had a long layover in Xiamen and wanted somewhere close to the airport for the night. The hotel is only a few mins drive from the airport and they have free airport pick up service (note- you need to call the hotel ahead to arrange). The actual hotel is beautifully decorated with different art installations and each room has a different theme. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Will definitely be staying here again!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 — An Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Service! From the moment we arrived, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We Were 3 families with kids with us. All the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive, making us feel right at home throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Andrew at reception, whose kindness and genuine care truly stood out. He went above and beyond to ensure our check-in was seamless and that we had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. His friendly attitude and helpful recommendations made a real difference and set the tone for a wonderful experience. The rooms was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, and the hotel amenities were excellent. Whether it was the delicious breakfast, the spotless common areas, or the efficient housekeeping, everything was top-notch. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Thanks to Andrew and the rest of the amazing team, we look forward to returning on my next trip!

The best part was probably our experience with 吴琳 （Vinnie). After checking out, we waited at the waiting area and 吴琳 kindly approached us for assistance.     Our upgrade room was at the end of the hallway and so we had two sides with good water views making it a very impressive room. The bed was very generously sized and the round bath tub was huge. The breakfast was good as it seemed that they had a very skilled pastry chef that made very authentic baguettes, croissants and pastries.

    I would 100% come back to Wyndham Xiamen - it was an incredible experience. Staff were so lovely and helpful, despite language barriers they went above and beyond to help with whatever. The girl at reception was very attentive and made me feel welcome from the start. Dinner was very good too - and the room very spacious, clean and luxurious. Gym was decent too, and lovely views of the bridge. Area was quiet and felt safe.
